As per the company’s norm and regulation franchise fee is one time investment, hence it is not refundable.
Store selection criteria are food court, kiosks, IT sector, Universities, Airports, High Street Cafes and other profitable franchisee’ s desirable location.
As per the company's specifications it takes 30 working days to set up the store and running.
Franchisee can hire his own contractors with the pre-approval of Brand or the mother company.
IchakDana supports the franchisee in terms of training, supply chain management (SCM), reports management, local marketing, sales strategy, site selection, accounts audits, monthly P/L reports.
The franchisee is expected to meet up the sales target set by the brand, in any case if the franchisee fails to meet the target, the royalty fees will not be waived off.
The franchisee does not have rights to modify any items on the menu set by the brand, but in some cases menu price can be modified with the pre-approval of the Brand.
As the food outlets work round the year, the time frame for a franchisee to make a vendor payment is 30 days.
No, the security amount or rent deposit does not include in total project cost.
